Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days after shipment.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Anges Paris is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If you experience an issue with a shipment, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@angesparis.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue.
